How it works

Everything here is something the app does today

You say what happened, however is easiest at the time. Gepeta writes it up properly and waits. You confirm it. After that it is in your day, in your search, and in your totals – and it stays on your device.

Just say what happened

One ordinary sentence is enough. No fields, no categories to pick, no deciding which part of the app you are in before you start.

One sentence, several records

Lunch that cost money and also went in your stomach becomes both, filed properly, from a single line. You never enter the same thing twice.

Talk to it with your hands full

Hold the button and talk – walking, cooking, driving. Your words are turned into text and written up the same way as anything you type.

Photograph the receipt or the plate

A photo of a receipt, a meal, or a label is enough for Gepeta to work out what it was and roughly what was in it.

Forward a PDF or a bank export

Statements, exports, spreadsheets, and plain text files, up to five at a time. A list of transactions comes back as one record per line – never a single lump sum.

Nothing is saved until you confirm

What Gepeta wrote sits in front of you until you say yes. Wrong amount or wrong day, fix it there and then, or throw it away and nothing was ever kept.

Change your mind out loud

Just say "it was 20, not 18" and it corrects the one record. The rest of what it wrote stays exactly where it was.

Find it again

Browse a single day at a time, or open one kind of record and search it. Edit or delete anything you have saved, whenever you like.

Watch the money add up

Confirmed spending turns into monthly totals, a needs-wants-savings split, category and payment breakdowns, a clickable spending calendar, and goal progress.

Written in your own words

Records keep your phrasing rather than being rewritten into a report about you. A year later it still reads like the person who lived it.

Say it once. Check it. Get on with your day.
